What is a
Comprehensive Plan?
It’s a community’s roadmap for the future, a big-picture guide to how Oswego grows, improves, and meets the needs of everyone who lives, works, and visits here. The plan covers housing, transportation, parks, economic development, land use, sustainability, and more, bringing them together into one unified strategy.
Most importantly, it reflects the community’s values and vision, laying out where we want to go and the steps to get there. By planning ahead, we can grow responsibly, protect resources, support the local economy, and keep Oswego a great place for generations to come.
